LegalCancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made from Fabrise Martech Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Fabrise”, “we”, “us”) — including consulting and implementation services, Zoho software licenses and subscriptions, training, custom development, and ongoing support. It applies to purchases made through our website, payment links, or against an invoice.
Where you have signed a separate Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or Order Form with Fabrise, the specific commercial terms of that document — contract value, payment milestones, currency, and cancellation terms — take precedence over this page to the extent of any conflict.
1. Our offerings & why terms vary
Fabrise delivers several types of work — Zoho licensing, implementation projects, integrations and custom development, training, advisory, and recurring support. Because each carries a different cost structure, cancellation and refund terms differ by category and are set out below.
2. Zoho software licenses & subscriptions
License and subscription fees for Zoho products purchased or renewed through Fabrise are governed by Zoho Corporation's own subscription and refund terms.
- Once a license has been provisioned or activated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing term.
- To cancel or reduce your license count, notice must be given before the renewal date; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Any discount Fabrise extended on license cost is tied to the committed license count and term. If you cancel or reduce licenses, those discounts will be adjusted against the refund or credit amount.
- All refund requests for Zoho license cancellations or downgrades are submitted to Zoho for approval and processing, and remain subject to Zoho's decision and timelines.
- A one-time refund processing charge of USD 100 (or the equivalent in the invoice currency) applies to license cancellation and downgrade refunds.
3. Implementation & professional services
Implementation, configuration, and consulting engagements are delivered against an SOW and billed by milestone.
- An advance or booking fee may be required to commence work. Once work has begun, this advance is non-refundable, as it covers scoping, resource allocation, and initial delivery.
- If you cancel an engagement in progress, all fees for work completed and work in progress up to the cancellation date are payable and non-refundable. Any amount prepaid for milestones not yet started is refunded after deducting work performed and costs already committed.
- Deliverables that have been completed, delivered, or accepted are non-refundable.
4. Custom development & integrations
- Bespoke development, automations, and integrations are billed for effort; work that has been delivered or accepted is non-refundable.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf — marketplace apps, add-ons, APIs, connectors, or hosting — are non-refundable.
5. Training
- Scheduled training can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 5 business days' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 5 business days' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable, as trainer time and resources are reserved.
- Prepaid training not yet delivered is refundable, less any materials or setup costs already incurred.
6. Support, AMC & retainers
- Monthly or annual support, maintenance (AMC), and retainer plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Service continues until the end of the current paid period, which is non-refundable.
- For annual plans paid upfront, a pro-rata refund of unused complete months may be considered at our discretion, less any discount granted for the annual commitment and any applicable charges.
7. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Taxes (including GST) already invoiced and remitted to the government.
- Payment-gateway, transaction, currency-conversion, or wire-transfer charges.
- Third-party and Zoho license costs already paid on your behalf.
- Services, deliverables, or milestones already completed, delivered, or accepted.
- Advances where work has already commenced.
8. Refund processing time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed by Fabrise within 5–7 working days. The refunded amount is then credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days from the date of processing, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Any applicable payment-gateway or processing charges may be deducted as per the terms of the original transaction.
9. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@fabrise.co (or raise a ticket on our support portal) with your invoice or order number, the service or license concerned, and the reason for your request, within 7 days of the charge. Our team acknowledges within 2 business days and confirms the outcome and any next steps.
10. Billing, taxes & payment modes
- Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, surcharges, and government levies, which are payable in addition on submission of a tax invoice.
- For clients in India, taxes apply as on the date of invoice; clients agree to share their GSTIN so invoices can be updated for input-tax-credit purposes.
- Payments are accepted via online wire transfer (SWIFT for international payments; NEFT, IMPS, or UPI for domestic payments in India) and via our payment gateway. If a change in payment mode — for example credit card or PayPal — results in additional charges, those charges are borne by the client.
- Invoices are payable within seven (7) working days as per the agreed payment schedule.
11. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution; unwarranted chargebacks are contested with supporting documentation.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and material changes take effect when posted.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
