And we offer monthly retainer packages through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ongoing assistance. Depending on your selected package, our experts are available on an hourly basis to address any assistance or queries you may have.

You will have a dedicated account manager who will look after your requirements. It is still likely however that this account manager will bring in other team members to contribute on issues where they have greater expertise.

Our development team operates primarily from Hyderabad, India, but we also have developers and consultants in Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai.

Additionally, we have representatives and consultants in Houston, Texas. We have aligned our team in two shifts to accommodate clients from different time zones, including North America, Europe, and India, ensuring quick turnaround times.

We prefer to handle everything from our office and only travel to a client’s or prospect’s office if it’s absolutely necessary, as we charge separately for that.
